AWB Charlesworth Solicitors of Keighley and Skipton have secured the Law Society Legal Practice Quality Mark, Lexcel, for the sixth year running.
Lexcel is developed specifically for the legal profession. It is an accreditation scheme for law firms and in-house legal departments.
Andrew Caplen, President of the Law Society said: “Gaining and maintaining Lexcel is no mean feat. There are many facets of being a Lexcel accredited law firm, including client care, efficient case management and cost efficiency with minimum risk.”
Following a rigorous three day audit across both offices, the assessor reported very positive feedback, commenting on the “progressive law firm’s robust policies”. She also went on to say “AWB Charlesworth has a highly experienced and committed team with a commercially astute attitude to business”.
AWB Charlesworth Solicitors understand the importance of customer service commitment in today’s increasingly diverse, competitive market, and take positive steps to meet high standards time after time.
The practice is also accredited by the Law Society's Conveyancing Quality Scheme ("CQS") and the Wills & Inheritance Quality Scheme (“WIQS”). These awards recognise the quality standards achieved by the Firm’s conveyancing and wills and inheritance practitioners.
Practice Manager Felicity Green said ‘We are delighted to receive confirmation of our reaccreditation against the Lexcel standard. There is a lot of choice in the Legal Services market and our ongoing commitment to excellent client care and best practice, demonstrated by these Quality Marks, gives clients a further reason to choose AWB Charlesworth Solicitors for their personal and business needs’
